What an amazing find!!! A super picture you got there too Troy.

I can see the eye colour well enough to decide whether it's pink (which would make it an albino) or the normal dark colour which mean mean it's actually leucistic.

Many thanks for showing him to us - I've not see this in a vulture before.
 
Really cool! The poor thing must get sunburnt, though. And I wonder if the white feathers will give it problems keeping itself clean- I've read that they're black because it lets them use the heat of the sun to bake pathogens off.
