It's either Kingbirds or Blackbirds. I wish I knew the name of that bush. Located in a swamp area.

Lovely capture and picture of this lovely Kingbird sitting on a prime perch. Well done KC! It looks like a young pond cypress to me. They develop into trees. They are different than bald cypress.
