American Bumblebee (Bombus pensylvanicus: Apidae) ca. 2.0 cm (0.79 in) long. Female. Working Tie-vine (Ipomoea cardatotriloba: Convolvulaceae).
Habitat
Gently rolling hills at the interface of the Blackland Prairie and Lampasas Cut Plain vegetational areas at 160 m (525 ft) elevation.
Location
Near Robinson, McLennan County, Texas, USA.
