I'm not sure if this is the same American Kestrel from a couple of days ago or not. This one seems more mature than the other.

You've a super picture of this one lad - very well done my friend.
 
An experienced birder in the area said that there was a Merlin there recently--keeping an eye out for it but it may have moved on.
