Thanks for looking and for the nice comments. I've gotten lots of Robin shots but they are usually on the ground. This one jumped up on a log for me and posed. I was pretty happy with the results.

Thanks Martin and digishooter for the nice words. I shot this on my first visit to the Smith & Bybee Lakes area, a wildlife refuge in the city limits of Portland. A pretty common bird around here but they (the robins) don't really make it easy to get a good photo of them. I was quite happy with this capture.
