American Robin

American Robin (Turdis migratorious)

In hunting pose. They scurry along for a foot or two, then stand up tall for a better view, then repeat till they find a tasty bug or juicy worm.
I want a new name for this bird. Red Breasted Thrush. Or Flame Bellied Thrush. Crimson Breasted Thrush. Rose Tummy. Any of those names taken already? lol
