American White Pelican 3
Yet another shot of these magnificent birds. Unlike the coastal Brown Pelican which hunts singly by plunge-diving for its food, this species works cooperatively in small groups, herding fish into shallow water and then scooping them up in their gigantic 3-gallon pouches!
