Another day another Creeper! (Certhia familiaris)

Another capture of it on one of the upended sawn logs that are used as feeding tables. This one is just on the minimum focus of 1.8m for then lens - almost ideal and in better light than usual.
Location
Cowpen Bewley Woodland Park, Billingham, Cleveland
Date taken
14th January 2009
Scientific name
Certhia familiaris
Equipment used
Canon 40D+Canon 400mm f5,6
Excellent shot Ian with small lens hehehe and are they afraid with human if you got quite close with them ?

No Treecreeper in Borneo ...

Real beauty, as a result of this, I am going to incoporate an upturned log at my woodland feeding station. Fingers crossed.

Okay, now your just being plain bad!

I had no idea, until watching your shots, that these guys could be so open in their behaviour. Over here it is really a feat to get to see one let alone get a shot of it.
