Another Whistler
This Western Whistler was a new bird, though he looks very similar to the Golden Whistler I'd seen in Queensland.

An on-going frustration trying to get a decent picture of him LOL I heard him virtually every day when we walked to the hide and other occasions when I went out specifically. But he was so terribly elusive.

Heard them in other places too.

I did get recordings, but have still not worked out how to get them off my phone.

So here's my record shot of this blighter.
Habitat
Coastal scrub
Location
Little Grove, Albany, Western Australia
Date taken
6 November 2019
Scientific name
Pachycephala occidentalis
Equipment used
Nikon Coolpix P900 Birdwatching mode
A wonderful record shot, and another one in the bag. Brilliant Delia, well done.
