Whilst waiting for the boat back to the mainland, I spent some time watching this Arctic Tern preening on some rocks covered in Ulva species seaweed beside the jetty.

Yeah.... that's very slippery 'weed, isn't it Andrea.

What a cracking picture you've taken of this lovely tern, and it really is a pretty setting for him too.
