Arctic tern up close (Sterna paradisaea)

We've had some snow and sunshine this week so I'm posting 2 new pictures and one old one today.

This is probably the closest I've got to an Arctic tern.
It was taken in May 2014 in the harbour at Landsort on the island of ja.
The small colony of Arctic terns in Landsort are fairly tolerant of humans but much less so of White-tailed eagles.
Habitat
Harbour
Location
Landsort, ja, Sweden
Date taken
30th May, 2014
Scientific name
Sterna paradisaea
