Balcony Biodiversity - 64 (Dendrocitta vagabunda)

With average and
above average Monsoon
activity ... rain-fall
has been good in
Northern India ( not so
in rest of the country ) ...

... that, in turn, creating
many water sources and
plenty of food in
the form of succulent
grubs and insects ...

So, visits of regular
Balcony visitors had
been low in past few
weeks ... though
it was only yesterday
that a House Crow juvie
came and sat over the
water-bowl and was
fed by the parent
thrice before he
flew-off ... allowing
some recording though ...
that I'll share later ...

Meanwhile, here's a
visitor along with a

activity and call ...
... recorded at Keoladeo NP
during July-2015 visit
