Band-winged Meadowhawk (Sympetrum semicintum: Libellulidae) female. 2.4-4.0 cm (0.9-1.3 in) long.
Habitat
Riparian around the lake dominated by cottonwood, willow, water smartweed, and cattail at 1,555 m (5,102 ft) elevation.
Location
Barr Lake State Park, southeast of Brighton, Adams County, Colorado, USA.
