Banking Wanderer 1
Sorry, stayed late at work, stopped at the gym on the way home, dinner way past my dinner time, collapsed in front of the telly, and now it's past my bedtime. I'll have to catch up with you later. But meanwhile, here's three quick posts about banking albatrosses. I kept trying to get a shot with a wing tip juuuust touching the water. Supposedly, that happens, but I didn't actually see it or manage to capture it. Either a wave got in the way or the bird banked precisely a millimeter above the water surface.

Blimey!!! That amount of wing in the water would have ditched him, I feel, so guess a wave got in the way LOL
