It looks a bit like a desert warbler Ed but it might be better putting it in the ID forum. Those guys are very knowledgeable. :t:

Barred Warbler for me, seemingly a 1st-winter. There is some barring visible on the flanks, the bird looks large and well-built, there is a slight greater covert wingbar etc.
