Urban setting in disturbed semi-humid montane scrub situated in the Sacred Valley at 2,792 m (9,160 ft) elevation. Manicured grounds.

This Peruvian endemic hummer is both uncommon and range restricted. To capture it this well is a real tour de force, Stanley. Chapeau, my friend!
