Beauty on the Wire
While watching a field from the car a bird landing on the fence beside me caught my eye. This female Red-winged Blackbird sat for a minute or two and gave a nice show of preening. Certainly not the usual drab female.

A beautiful tail spread you've captured on this Blackbird.

The female Red-winged Blackbird is one of the prettiest birds in my opinion. I think they are spectacular. A real eye-popper of a picture with spectacular image quality, clarity, lighting, focus, colors, detail, and background. Exquisite Marianne!!!
