Beneath the behemoth

Chickadees seem to always be doing something interesting. Usually it's hanging upside down or or flying around or hiding seeds. However this one decided to sit under the front bumper of our van for ten minutes. I was worried it was hurt or sick, I just don't see them on the ground for any length of time. It looked so tiny there! But it was OK, as it flew back to the feeders and was flitting around normally afterwards.

I'm tyred of Mali's jokes.Lol. That certainly shows how small these guys are Bill. Nice capture and nice to know it was OK.

Wonderful capture of this little feather ball. Maybe it was just trying to stay warm?
