Bird observation blind (1)
I stumbled upon a goldmine that was right under my nose! We drove by Hammonasset Beach State Park, one of my favorite birding haunts, to see if the ospreys had returned. They had, and, I found a great birding stand - that I never even knew was there! Can't wait to test drive it: this state park is the state leader in bald eagle sightings, as well as a number of shorebirds and waterfowl.
