Birds of a feather?
Another shot from wonderful Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge in New Mexico.

I think this Sandhill Crane must have gotten a late start for the feeding fields since all its crane cousins were already gone. He seemed very lonely among all these rising and landing Snow Geese.

Aaaaw, he does look lonely. I always wonder what they're thinking when they look all around and everyone else is gone. Love this shot, the colors and motion of the geese is right on.

Fabulous picture Donald. A very magical place. This chap does look a bit lonely out there all alone, seems odd since they are such a gregarious species. Excellent!!!!

Aaaw... I hope he was OK.

A really lovely atmospheric picture you've taken Donald. What a beautiful colour that sky is too.

I love it.

Thank you all. The only credit I can take for the colors is pulling myself out of bed to catch sunrise.
