Birds Of A Feather
A large group of black birds descended on our yard yesterday. At first glance they looked like all the same black bird, but turns out they're not quite that. We had grackles, starlings and red winged blackbirds traveling and foraging in a group together.

Yeah, I've noticed that over the years. When you've got one of them, you usually have a couple more species traveling with them ;) A good example of this Bill.

Mixed feeding flocks are great, aren't they Bill... you never know what's going to turn up with them!!!

A super picture of these 'friends' - very well done laddie.
