Not sure what category to post this under ... Harbour Seal watching Surfbirds. They'd just traipsed right past him, one even stepped on his rear flippers ;)
This was the third shot I was planning on posting Saturday ... or Sunday ... or earlier today. This morning, however, I still hadn't caught up on browsing. And I had two appointments downtown, plus a paper I really needed to finish writing. Now I'm finally caught up with both browsing and paper. I'll try not to fall behind again.

This is very impressive Doc. The Harbor Seal watching the Surf Birds and the entire monotone scene are brilliant. The tail fins of the seal appear to be a giant bird bill. A fantastic photograph and fun to look out. TFS!!!!
