A super and unusual shot of this bittern, Mali. You were in luck. Last time we were at Lakenheath, Kim saw one fly past but I didn't.

Wow, a great capture, Mali! I've never seen a picture of one in the water like this. At first when I saw the thumbnail I thought it was an otter or some animal, but then I knew it couldn't be. Only birds for the Mali.
