Steep canyons and mountains sides at ca. 2,438 m (8,000 ft) elevation.
Location
North of Taf del Valle, Tucumn Province, Argentina.

The difference in plumage is quite clear...but the youngster looks as fierce as the adult and almost equal in size!!! Wonderful capture Stanley!!! Superb post!!!

That's a rather nice looking buzzard you've got there Stanley.
