Black-eared Wheatear (Oenanthe hispanica)

Ethiopia and especially the Rift valley was alive with Wheatears during my recent visit. I saw Black-eared, Pied, Desert, Red-breasted , Red-tailed, Isabelline and Mourning in addition to our familiar Northern. Females, winter plumage and immatures make Id very difficult. This one Ithink is a Black-eared. I would value anyones opinion.
