It's a Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike, Coracina novaehollandiae. According to my book, this one is the race subpallidus, which is found in coastal West Australia. It differs from the nominate race in having a much paler underside. This is a splendid shot, Cuckoo-shrikes are very difficult birds to get a good shot of, especially this close - great work!
