not it wasnt captive.. i am new in birding.. one of my frnd told me it must be a juvenile and cant fly very well.. my ofc is in 20th floor and I found a nest in outside A/C compartment of 18th floor. I think its came from his home which is just 2 floors down where he was in.. :) we was around 6/7 feet far when i was shooting him :)
