Black Redstart (Phoenicurus ochruros)

The Black Redstart was still showing well to-day. it has picked a corner of the Beach that has a busy Cafe and hosts the Scottish Seabird centre it's great to see this bird ignore all the people who pass this small area, It just gets on with the job of finding enough to eat.

That is an absolutely gorgeous Redstart image JT. A razor sharp shot of a beautiful little bird with lovely natural colours. I guess it's at North Berwick if it's where the seabird centre is. We spent a great day there a couple of years ago. Very nice indeed.
 
Another belting shot JT, good work mate. I miss these little birds, after having them breed along the beach/rocks here for a couple of years, and then move on.
 
This is a beautifully composed image! lovely sharp bird in a great setting. Brilliant work!
