A super picture you've got of this lovely kite - very well done SK. Wonderful birds.

Thanks for the video too... ummmm.... but.... you've named the vid "Black-shouldered Kite" which is the name that's been given to the Australian bird. It's awful confusing, isn't it. You've got the scientific name right on this picture, which goes to Black-winged Kite - could you possibly make the edit please my friend.

A great story with that beautiful portrait of a kite. I like the setting very much as it partly hides the rat and makes the scene less gory.
