Black Shouldered Kite (Elanus caeruleus)

Not the best of photos on a very dull day but to get this lifer on the electric wire outside my home was a very rare capture
I had to double check to make sure what I was seeing was correct. Please do not inform me that it is a large white sparrow. Lol.

Looks good to me John, except the European one is now called Black-winged Kite, since a split with the one found in Australia.

A super action picture to get of your Lifer my friend. A wonderful job laddie.
