Black Tern (Chlidonias niger)

Black Tern at RSPB Marshside Southport Lancashire, it was a dark, dank and dismal day in the rain and this was the best I could do. They were flying around as fast as a Swallow and it was difficult to photograph them and this is a lifer for me.

Well, you can still see beautiful detail in the wings and tail Chris, so I'll say, nicely captured ;)
