Nice capture Matt, not everyday that one sees these guys. Good to see what a black one looks like since all I have seen so far is the Turkey Vulture.

Thanks guys, they let us get surprisingly close, I could have gotten closer but risked falling off the mountain

and they were only two of fifteen seen that day.

We get a lot of the black vultures in SW Arkansas, and they far from skittish. Nicely shot.

A very nice bird despite its monotonous colour. Taken beautifully! Here in BC we only see Turkey Vultures.
