Two nice shots, lucky you. Went to Hawk Mountain last september, a great place, loved it, but didn't see anything this close.

Very good exposure of the black plumage, great details.
Perhaps it would be better without the OOF rock FG bottom rt? And you cut his toes..Ouch

Thanks guys, I agree that the rock is distracting, but this was one of the first shots I took so I was laying down trying not to scare them away.
