I was out the whole day today, I got home and saw that there were 2 black winged stilts 5 minutes away from me!
So after a rushed tea, I headed down to the location, and there they were. Over the next hour I got closer and closer. The two birds where greats, flapping, feeding, scratching, calling, all in an excellent setting with great light.
I was so happy to get this wing stretch!
A full frame LRP and BW stilt in two days - what a lucky little b*gger I am! Unfortunately this was at ISO 200 this time LOL.
