Bob (Dolichonyx oryzivorus)

I startled a small flock of perhaps 10 of these Bob-O-
Links by accident walking through a field. He appears to still be in the process of molting to full breeding plumage, given his somewhat mottled appearance. Most of the others in that small flock appeared to be in a similar state.
