Boucard's Wren
Sometimes you just find a "happy" bird. This Boucard's Wren was photographed in a thorn forest in the Oaxaca Valley. This was taken shortly after sunrise and he sat on this cactus for several minutes singing his heart out.

Thanks to everyone for kind comments. These wrens were among the most cooperative birds I have had the pleasure of photographing. Beautiful golden dawn light, they like to sit on top of the cacti to sing, and they were not bashful.
