I saw this Greater Roadrunner banging something against the flagstones surrounding my back lawn. By the time I got the camera he had killed his prey, and was ready to chug it down.

Brilliant fontal closeup of this gorgeous Roadrunner. One of my all time favorite birds. Excellent dof, focus, color, lighting, feather detail, and eye contact. Outstanding Lisa!!!
