My friend alerted me last night, someone found this bird nearly drowned on the sea in front of the waterfront of the city. At this moment, the staffs at Wetland Centre is looking after the bird by feeding lots of fish hehehe :)
The bird lost left hind toe and one of the skin of its webbed feet on the right. Condition is ok. Hopefully it would be able to fly again soon and back to its island.
By the way, this bird has been tagged on its left leg with no. 351. Could anyone help to identify the origin of this bird from its tag ?
