The iridescence produces spectacular colours, and this is a lovely shot Stanley. The bird has a peaceable demeanour, which rather belies the habits of the species, in terms of breeding strategy anyway! But evolution has produced such birds, and brood parasitism is a strategy that works, and has its place in ecosystems.

It's interesting to see the results from the R5 and the new lens. They're looking good! Thank you for sharing.
