Brown Pelican (Pelecanus occidentalis carolinensis) Though it is the smallest of the nine (9) species of Pelicans it still has an impressive wingspan of 2.0-2.3 m (6.7-7.5 ft).
Habitat
Gulf prairies and marshes vegetation area. Ship Canal between Galveston Bay and the Gulf Of Mexico.
