A heavy crop, lens lust is alive and well, less than 300mm is just not enough range. A new bird for me, so thought I would share.

Beautiful Gouldian pose displaying surprisingly sturdy feet for the otherwise dainty physic. Great encounter and super record!
 
Those feet are amazing, so big! This is a great shot, the pose is excellent - I don't believe I've seen a photo of this bird before. :t:
