These are such striking birds. Such wonderful clarity you have achieved there Richard, well done!
 
Good capture. Don't tell me about birds that like to hide! I rarely do hide (blind) photography so it's a real treat when you can get a good capture. our redwings are hard to get near...comfort zone 100 yards, any nearer then there off not to mention water fowl.
