Is this a female/juvenile, I notice this one is also called a Fire breasted Flowerpecker and that it was lacking the "fire"

It may be classified into 2 species: D. cambodianum as in the picture(withouth the scarlet patch) and the D. beccarii with scarlet patch on upperbreast. Thank you very much.
