A superb close-up image of this colourful bird.Gorgeous colours and great detail.I wish I could get that close to a stonechat . A great shot.

It's a beauty Marian. Wonderful colours and details! Added to my faves.:clap:

Great to see you back again Marian, but come on - I know this is a cracking picture, superb colour and detail, but get that camera out!!

Wow, thanks for posting this, Marian! The colors and details are nothing short of perfection!

Sorry to be so late at thanking you for your kind and generous comments in this colorful friend of mine!!! o:) I had a harsh day yesterday and hardly could come into the gallery!

Mali, Sam and Terry, I wish I could take pictures but bad luck is striking me lately and my chances spoilt all the time I don't even feel like going out because I know it will be a waste of time! :-C
Ken, loved that cute little bit of Spanish by you! O:D
Wilma, LOL! Yes, dear Ma'am, I'll do my best to follow your advise, Ma'am! ;)
KC, Ove and Easty, the reason for not posting this before is just that I don't like posting more than one pic from a series But after two years and the loads of new people in BF that didn't see the first one, I thought it was OK to show this different version from the former post! ;)

Lovely to talk to you all, as always!!! :t: Cheers everybody!

This is very nice, Marian. Very pleasant composition. What kind of lense? Lets see: I think Beethovens 6th symphony would go good with this, or Debusy's "The Girl with the Flaxen Hair". Lovely. :t: :t: :t: cheers B :)
