Bustardland
To post or not to post? That was the question. ;) Finally I decided to post, simply because I like this piccie and gives an idea on what I see when I go to the steppes of C Spain. Might sound silly but this image, with the Montagu's Harrier flying over the steppe with the Great Bustards behind, has plenty of meaning for me :bounce: Right the kind of image I love to share!!!

To make other people like an image, you've got to love it yourself,Marian and this picture is made from love of your Spanish countryside,et voila, lots of people like your image. ;); I like the pastel colours of the landscape and the Harrier got miles to explore. Great feel of space and very well done.

Well, girl, I DO love this kind of image too!!! Habitat shot with a perfectly well focused bird gives you the feeling you are still watching the bird in its real world!! Brilliant composition too!!

A super beautiful image, Marian! Love the rainbow type of BG colour. The "carefree" Bustards makes the main character, the harrier, much less important!

Wonderful image Marian, great flight capture and amazing colours, good one :D:t:

Beautiful overall image Marian, terrific detailed harrier, and a lovely B&G, great post and thanks for sharing!!!
