I'm pretty sure this is a Bombus wurflenii. I haven't found a common name in English but, directly translated, its Norwegian name means Thief Bumblebee. That's because it has a short proboscis and a broad, blunt head, which means it can't access nectar the usual way. Instead, it shortcuts by simply chomping a hole at the base of the flower. That means that from some flowers it "steals" nectar without pollinating in exchange. But as you can see here, for open, shallow flowers such as tansy, it does a good job of pollinating.
As for me today, I'm afraid I may "steal" your attention without offering comments in return until later. I promised to bake apple pie for my sister-in-laws 70th birthday party. If I have time once the pies are in the oven today and/or after we get home tonight, I'll try to catch up.
