Buzzard (Buteo buteo)

I saw this buzzard this afternoon in a corn field driving along the road. It was much closer when I saw it, but by the time I turned round to go back where it was, and took the camera out, it flew a few yards away so I cropped it despite taking it on zoom. The annoying thing is that the area I took this close to home is that I have seen one on a post next to the road, really close, but never had my camera with me!.
