California Condor

I went to the Grand Canyon with my family. More vacation then a bird watching trip, but I was hoping to add a few life birds while I was there.

At the top of my wish list was the California Condor. On the first day I did see one soaring high above the canyon. Luckily on our last day this condor was resting on a ledge not far from the rim and I was able to get a few decent shots of one.
