ZEISS DTI thermal imaging cameras. For more discoveries at night, and during the day.
In December 2014, when I was in the Bunya Mountains National Park, Queensland, Australia, I was able to hear the Catbird calls. The sound was so strange but interesting to me that I wanted to film them with their calls on video. So, in the end I managed to take some videos of the catbirds, and - as a present from nature - I carried a tick home in my lower back of my body.

I got a few sightings of these beauties Michael and also visited the lovely Bunya Mountains. I just loved those trees too.

That's a superb video you've taken of this Green Catbird - I've now linked it to the Opus article. Thanks so much my friend.

The Bunya Mountains are a really nice place for birding, in my opinion.
I even got a tick from standing in the bushes 😂
Thank you, also for your extensive work on Opus.
