Can't Wait any Longer!!!!! #1 (Athene cunicularia)

I have been dying as my rig went in for repair, came back with same problem and had to be sent back in!!! Over a month without my toy!!! Grrrr!!!!! And right at the time I wanted to catch the Burrowing Owlets as they emerge from their burrows for the first time!! So, to catch them before they are totally grown, I took my old rig out of mothballs and headed to the park

OH MY!!! This is a super-mega-extra cool frontal portrait of a child Burrowing Owl!!! The other one is beautiful too but this one... :bounce: I'm glad you didn't get rid of that Canon 10D, it saved the moment! ;) A cutie, David, great job!!! :t: :clap: :clap:
